I co-founded HarborSite to develop durable, one-time gene therapies from engineered recombinases. I lead the company's research, from the experiments themselves to the computational work that guides them. Before HarborSite, I discovered mobile genetic elements at Tessera Therapeutics and engineered recombinases in the Church and Wong laboratories. More→
